Crystal, a graduate of the Black Rock School District, worked for a Pocahontas bank in the deposit operations support division. She found her career calling in the insurance field, first with State Farm Insurance (2003) and now with Coker Insurance (2006).
Crystal is dedicated to matching your needs with the best products. She realizes while each of us needs insurance protection, our needs are unique. The best way to help is to understand those needs. As an Independent Insurance Agent, we have the opportunity to study different carriers in an effort to best match price and coverage for your needs. That’s why it is important to have choices unlike a captive agent who only represents one company.
Crystal and her husband Jonathon have one child, Tyson. She enjoys watching her son play baseball, soccer & basketball. She is active in her community and church, holding food drives for the local food bank & contributing her time for many other fund raising events throughout the year.
In 1983 after completing a business course thru Black River Technical College with all “A” honors and being a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Johnna went to work for Dud Singley at Singley Insurance Agency on the square in Pocahontas. In 2003 she had the opportunity to go back to work for the Coker family, this time being employed by David Coker. She is still working for David but instead of working out of the Pocahontas office she is now located in the Walnut Ridge office.
She has been happily married to her husband Buford for 16 years and has one child, Kierce who attends Black River Technical College.
She served at PTE president for two years and enjoys going to all of Kierce’s functions. She is an active member of her church and loves spending time with her family, friends and critters.
